This stunning jewel of the garden is a wonderful reed stem epidendrum orchid captured as a kaleidoscope on light weight black polymer clay. This orchid was grown in my garden and is from one of my original digital art canvas's in miniature. I use an image transfer technique which includes no gluing, decoupage to attach the image. The image is baked into the clay, each piece is hand made, one of a kind. The backs are finished with the artist signature. The black polymer clay enhances the image nicely offering a dramatic accent. The necklace is on a 16" superior quality 1mm in diameter natural steel black cable choker with nickel-free magnetic clasp. The post earrings are light weight and very comfortable. The Orchid Pendant measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" and Orchid Earring tiles are 3/4" x 3/4" Images receive several coats of a high gloss for a glass like finish. Each piece has been baked twice to ensure high quality handcrafted wearable art that will last for years to come.
